We are in Amsterdam, staying in the exact room that John Lennon and Yoko Ono had their “Bed In” at the Amsterdam Hilton. John and Yoko stayed in the bed for one-week singing, making art, and doing interviews to speak in support of peace and in opposition to the Vietnam War. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sara, Baby Taj, and I restaged the photo as a homage to the inspiring work John and Yoko did to move the hearts and minds of millions to believe in peace and in support of all those who are standing up, speaking out, marching, and voting for change and common-sense laws that will help end the #GunViolence epidemic which results in the death of nearly 40,000 Americans each year. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Last November I spent the month traveling around America sitting down and listening to families from all walks of life who’ve lost loved ones to gun violence.
